J. Awarding and Authorizing a Professional Services Agreement with\nMinagar & Associates, Inc. for a Safety Action Plan - That the City Council\nadopt Resolution 7478: 1. Approving and awarding a Professional Services\nAgreement with Minagar & Associates, Inc. in a not-to-exceed amount of\n$198,144 to prepare a Safety Action Plan; and, 2. Authorizing and directing\nthe City Manager to execute the Agreement; and, 3. Authorizing the City\nManager to approve additional work requests up to $10,000 in connection\nwith the Safety Action Plan.
