Authorization to Submit Claims for Fiscal Year 2023/ 2024 TDA Article 3 Funds for\n9th Street Transit Stops Sidewalk and Bikeway Improvements ( Protect No.\nswk19001)\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1) Adopt Resolution No. 2023 - authorizing submittal of periodic claims\nto SBCTA for Fiscal Year 2023/ 2024 TDA Article 3 funds for 9th Street\nTransit Stops, Sidewalk, and Bikeway Improvements; and\n2) Authorize the Public Works Director/ City Engineer and the Director of\nAdministrative Services/ City Treasurer to execute the claim documents.
