Proposed City of Highland Community Development Block Grant ( CDBG)\nApplications for Fiscal Year 2024- 2025\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1) Approve the city' s application for Enhanced Code Enforcement that\nsupports a portion of the salary and benefits of a Code Compliance Officer,\nAdministrative Assistant and Community Development Director; and\n2) Approve the city' s application to construct pavement rehabilitation and\nancillary work on four streets located in a neighborhood within the CDBG\nLow - Moderate Income eligible block area boundaries including: 1)\nCunningham Street, 2) Flemming Street between Cunningham Street and\nColwyn Avenue, 3) 7th Street between Cunningham Street and Colwyn\nAvenue, and 4) Colwyn Avenue between Hibiscus Street and 7th Street.
