14. BID & PURCHASE - CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO R C FOSTER CORPORATION\nFOR WATER RECLAMATION FACILITY NO. 2 ELECTRICAL UPGRADES IN THE\nAMOUNT OF $2,700,800\nThat the City Council:\na. Award NIB-24-013CA to R C Foster Corporation, the lowest responsive,\nresponsible bidder, for the total bid amount of $2,700,800 and waive any and all\nminor irregularities in the bidding documents as submitted by said bidder for\nWater Reclamation Facility No. 2 Electrical Upgrades Project.\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Construction\nContract with R C Foster Corporation, in the amount of $2,700,800 including\nany purchase orders, non-substantive extensions, change orders, and\namendments up to 10% of the contract amount or $270,080.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct\nthe City Council to take the above actions.
