Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to issue a purchase order to PB\nLoader Corporation in the amount of $624,715 for the purchase of an Elliot\nCrane Truck.\nb. Make a determination under Corona Municipal Code Section 3.08.140(C), that\ncompetitive bidding has been satisfied based upon the reasons provided in the\n“Basis for Determination of Competitive Bidding” section of this report.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to negotiate and execute\nsubstantive extensions, change orders, and amendments up to 10% of the total\ncontract cost or $62,472 as authorized by Corona Municipal Code Section\n3.08.080(I).\nd. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to negotiate and execute\nnon-substantive extensions, amendments, and change orders up to $ 173,734 or\n10% of the original purchase order amount as provided by the Corona Municipal\nCode (CMC) Section 3.08.060(j).

Adopt Resolution No. 2023-112, calling a special election and submitting to the\nqualified electors of the territory proposed to be annexed to Community Facilities\nDistrict No. 2016-3 (Maintenance Services) of the City of Corona the question of\nlevying special taxes within the territory proposed to be annexed (Annexation\nNo. 36).\nb. Adopt Resolution No. 2023-113, declaring the results of the special election for\nAgenda\nCommunity Facilities District No. 2016-3 (Maintenance Services) of the City of\nCorona on the proposition of the annual levy of special taxes within the territory\nproposed to be annexed to said Community Facilities District to pay the costs of\ncertain services to be provided by the Community Facilities District, determining\nthat the territory proposed to be annexed is added to and part of said\nCommunity Facilities District with full legal effect (Annexation No. 36).

Adopt Resolution No. 2023-109 determining the necessity for Improvement\nArea No. 3 of CFD No. 2018-1 (Bedford) of the City of Corona to incur an\nincrease in the bonded indebtedness and that the rate and method of\napportionment of special tax for Improvement Area No. 3 and Improvement\nArea No. 4 be revised and calling a special election on a proposition for incurring\nsuch bonded indebtedness.\nb. Adopt Resolution No. 2023-110 calling a special election and submitting to the\nvoters of CFD No. 2018-1 (Bedford) of the City of Corona the propositions of (i)\nwhether the amount of the authorized bonded indebtedness of Improvement\nArea No. 3 of said community facilities district should be increased from\n$25,000,000 to $37,000,000 and (ii) whether the rate and method of\napportionment of special tax for Improvement Area No. 3 and Improvement\nArea No. 4 of said community facilities district should be revised.\nc. Adopt Resolution No. 2023-111 declaring the results of the consolidated special\nelections within CFD No. 2018-1 (Bedford) of the City of Corona on propositions\nregarding (i) Improvement Area No. 3 of said community facilities district\nincurring a bonded indebtedness in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed\n$37,000,000 for providing public facilities and (ii) revising the rate and method\napportionment of special tax of Improvement Area No. 3 And Improvement\nArea No. 4 of the community facilities district.\nd. Conduct the first reading of Ordinance No. 3385 levying special taxes.
