Hold a public hearing regarding the proposed rate adjustments for solid waste\nservices for residential and commercial customers.\nb. Adopt Resolution No. 2023-115, approving the Second and Restated Franchise\nAgreement with USA Waste of California, Inc., for solid waste handling services\nand rate adjustments for additional solid waste services.\nc. Authorize an estimated revenue increase in the amount of $240,000 in the\nGeneral Fund (110) and $100,000 in the Residential Refuse and Recycling Fund\n(260).
