11. Consideration to appropriate FY 2019 Permanent Local Housing\nAllocation Grant Funds from the State of California Department of\nHousing and Community Development (HCD)\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer, and City Attorney, to execute\nforms and agreements for the use of Permanent Local Housing\nAllocation program funds to the selected project.\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate funding for this\nactivity upon receiving PLHA funds from HCD and make the\nnecessary budget adjustments.
