12. Approval of Resolution No. 2023-037 to Revise the Job Title for\nInformation Systems (IT) Manager and Job Description\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve and adopt Resolution No. 2023-037 entitled “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nBALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA, TO ADOPT A SALARY\nRESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH A COMPREHENSIVE SALARY\nSCHEDULE ACCORDANCE WITH CALPERS GUIDELINES” to\nupdate the Comprehensive City of Baldwin Park Salary Schedule to\nreflect the title change for the classification of Information Systems\n(IT) Manager to Information Technology Manager.\n2. Approve the revisions made to the Information Systems (IT)\nManager job description.
