7. Approval of Contract Change Order for the Public Works Maintenance\nYard Improvements Project - CIP 22-028\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Change Order in the amount of $40,000 and authorize\npayment to TAIT & Associates for added design services; and,\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the necessary budget\nadjustments and transfers; and,\n3. Authorize the Director of Public Works to execute and process the\noutstanding payments due to TAIT & Associates for plan design\nservices.
