5. Authorization to Apply for the CalRecycle Beverage Container Recycling City/County\nGrant for FY2023-24\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to:\n1. Authorize the City Manager or designee to apply for, and if awarded, accept the\nCalRecycle Beverage Container Recycling City/County Grant for FY2023-24; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute any documents and\nagreements necessary to apply for and receive the grant funds.
