9. Award of Bid No. 014-24 – Concrete Sidewalk Slicing\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council:\n1. Determines that the project is exempt in accordance with section 15301(c) of the\nState CEQA Guidelines; and\n2. Adopts the next Resolutions, in order, to:\na. Approve Plans and Specifications for Concrete Sidewalk Slicing, Bid No.\n014-24; and\nb. Approve the application of the C-61/D-6 – Limited Specialty/Concrete\nRelated Services contractor’s license and award the bid to the lowest\nresponsive, responsible bidder, Trip Stop Sidewalk Repair, Inc., in the\namount of $490,000.
