Consideration to Reallocate Additional American Rescue Plan Act Funding\nfor the Senior Free Meals Program\nIt is recommended that the City Council to:\n1) Authorize the Director of Finance to reallocate additional American\nRescue Plan Act funding for the Senior Free Meals Program and\ncarry over balances to Fiscal Year 24-25 until funds are exhausted;\nand\n2) Authorize the Director of Recreation & Community Services to\ncoordinate all elements associated with the Program.
