Provide direction on resurfacing rink at Grand Avenue Park to facilitate\neither: (1) pickleball, (2) roller-skating sports, or (3) hybrid of pickleball\nand roller-skating sports; direction on optional future enhancements to\nGrand Avenue Park as part of Fiscal Year 2024-25 budget process; which\nmay include (1) removal of roller hockey boards and chain link and\ninstallation of permanent pickleball courts and basketball hoop/court, or\n(2) repair/replacement of roller hockey chain link and higher grade\npickleball netting; and determine project to be exempt from review under\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act\nITEMS INITIATED BY COUNCIL
