7. Award of RFP No. 016-24 – Trash Capture Device Inspection, Cleaning & Maintenance\nServices\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council:\n1. Determines that the project is exempt pursuant to sections 15307 and 15308 of\nthe California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) state Guidelines; and\n2. Adopts the next Resolution, in order, to enter into an agreement with\nDownstream Services, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $177,000 for the initial\none-year term, with up to four additional one-year renewal options.
