HOMELESSNESS ACTION PLAN FISCAL YEAR 2022-23 ANNUAL REPORT AND FISCAL YEAR 2024-25\nFUNDING PLAN – 1) Receive a report on the annual Homelessness Action Plan data; and\n2) Adoption of a resolution approving the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Homelessness Action Plan Funding Plan\nand directing city staff to include the Funding Plan’s activities in the city’s Preliminary Operating\nBudget; and\n3) Adoption of a resolution authorizing staff to issue a request for proposals to use opioid settlement\nfunds for high impact abatement activities as directed in associated settlement agreements.
