14. Designation of Delegate and Alternate Representatives for the San\nGabriel Valley Mosquito and Vector Control District\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Accept nominations on the floor by the Members of the City Council;\nand\n2. Appoint a delegate and an alternate, and adopt Resolution No.\n2023-036 entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF\nTHE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A\nREPRESENTATIVE AND ALTERNATE AS OFFICIAL\nREPRESENTATIVES OF THE CITY AS MEMBERS OF THE SAN\nGABRIEL VALLEY MOSQUITO AND VECTOR CONTROL\nDISTRICT”; and\n3. Direct the City Clerk to provide notification to the SGVMVC of the\naction taken by the governing body.
