Consideration of Alternate Forms of Resolutions to Declare the Results of\nthe Assessment Ballot Tabulation for Landscape Maintenance District No.\n2 - Western Pacific, Tract 25779\nRECOMMENDATION:\nIf there is not a majority protest to the levy of assessment, adopt the form\nof Resolution No. 2023-70 Declaring the Results of the Assessment Ballot\nTabulation, Approving the Engineer's Report, Increasing the Assessment,\nOrdering Maintenance Work Therein, Confirming the Diagram and\nAssessment, and Providing for the Levy of Annual Assessment Therein for\nLandscape Maintenance District 2.\nIf there is a majority protest, adopt the form of Resolution No. 2023-70\nDeclaring the Results of the Assessment Ballot Tabulation, Determining\nthe Existence of a Majority Protest and Abandoning the Proceedings to\nIncrease Such Assessment Therein for Landscape Maintenance District 2.
