10.11 Agreement Amendment with Western Riverside Council of Governments for the\nHolland Road/I­215 Overcrossing Project\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to the\nTransportation Uniform Mitigation Fee Program Reimbursement Agreement\nwith Western Regional Council of Governments; and\n2. Adopt a budget amendment resolution appropriating $1,000,000 to Fund 310 in\nexpenditures and corresponding revenues; and\n3. Adopt a budget amendment resolution appropriating fund balance in the amount\nof $500,000 from Fund 415 to respective project accounts.
