DISTRIBUTE and RELEASE the transmitted RFP to conduct additional\nresearch and develop the rental and royalties phase 2 assessment;\n2. EVALUATE the RFP submissions, select and interview the most qualified\nproposer(s) who submits the best and the most responsive proposal;\n3. NEGOTIATE any proposed contract with the most responsive proposer(s)\nafter the receipt and objective review of all proposals submitted in response\nto the transmitted RFP; and\n4. RETURN back to the Board of Public Works with proposed contract(s)\naward for consideration.\nJOINT REPORT(S)
