(3)\nBPW­2023­0670\nBSS + BCA\nCD ALL\nCONTRACT AWARD – ROUTINE AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE HAZARDOUS\nWASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES\nRecommending the Board:\n1. AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Street Services to utilize the Bureau of\nSanitation’s competitive Request for Proposal process for Routine and\nEmergency Response Hazardous Waste Management Services and\nexecute a contract with Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc. (Clean\nHarbors) for five years with 2 three­year renewal options;\n2. APPROVE and FORWARD this report with transmittals, to the Mayor's\nOffice and City Council with the request that the Board be authorized to\nexecute a Bureau of Street Services contract with Clean Harbors; and\n3. AUTHORIZE the President or two members of the Board to execute the\ncontract upon approval by the Mayor’s Office and City Council.\nADMINISTRATIVE ITEM(S)\n2.
