3-H. SAN GABRIEL VALLEY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT OPPORTUNITY FOR WATER\nLEADERSHIP (OWL) GRANT FISCAL YEAR 2023/24\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Accepting $3,000 in San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District grant funding to purchase\nitems for the Library collection and host a family-friendly event; and\n(2) Augmenting the FY 2023-2024 to allocate the $3,000 in grant funds; and\n(3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
