3-J. AUTHORIZE THE INTERIM CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH\nCARNIVAL MIDWAY ATTRACTIONS TO PROVIDE AMUSEMENT RIDES, GAMES, AND\nCONCESSIONS AT THE ANNUAL HAPPY BIRTHDAY MONTEREY PARK, PLAY DAYS\nCARNIVAL\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the Interim City Manager, or designee, to execute a license agreement, in a\nform approved by the City Attorney with Carnival Midway Attractions to provide\namusement rides, games, and concessions at the annual Happy Birthday Monterey Park,\nPlay Days Carnival; and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
