PUBLIC HEARING TO APPROVE THE 2023 ANNUAL REPORT AND THE LEVY OF\nASSESSMENTS FOR DOWNTOWN BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 FOR\nPROGRAM YEAR 2024.\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Opening the public hearing, receiving both written and oral comments, and closing the\npublic hearing; and\n(2) Adopting the resolution confirming the 2023 Annual Report and the levy of assessments\nfor Business Improvement District No. 1 for program year 2024; and\n(3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
