16.\nApprove an Agreement with Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, Inc. for\nthe Design Services for a Park Master Plan and Community Center at\nChepa’s Park (Project No. 24-7533) (Non-General Fund)\nDepartment(s): Public Works Agency\nRecommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute a consultant\nagreement with Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, Inc. to provide a\npark master plan and design for a new community center in the amount of\n$441,512, with a contingency of $58,488, for a total amount not to exceed\n$500,000, for a three-year term beginning November 21, 2023 and expiring\nNovember 20, 2026, with an option for two, one-year extensions, subject to\nnon-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney\n(Agreement No. 2023-XXX).
