Professional Services Agreements for On-Call Landscape\nArchitectural Services Fiscal Impact: Expense: $350,000\nTotal Contract Not-to-Exceed Amounts (Various CIP\nProjects)\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City\nCouncil:\n1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with RJM\nDesign Group, Inc., for professional consulting\nservices to provide on-call landscape architectural\ndesign services for a term of three (3) years with one\n(1) two-year term extension available based upon\nperformance and at the discretion of the City, in an\namount not-to-exceed $350,000; and\n2) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with\nDavid Volz Design Landscape Architecture, Inc., for\nprofessional consulting services to provide on-call\nlandscape architectural design services for a term of\nthree (3) years with one (1) two-year term extension\navailable based upon performance and at the\ndiscretion of the City, in an amount not-to-exceed\n$350,000; and\n3) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with MIG,\nInc., for professional consulting services to provide\non-call landscape architectural design services for a\nterm of three (3) years with one (1) two-year term\nextension available based upon performance and at\nthe discretion of the City, in an amount not-to-exceed\n$350,000; and\n4) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with\nHirsch and Associates, Inc., for professional consulting\nservices to provide on-call landscape architectural\ndesign services for a term of three (3) years with one\n(1) two-year term extension available based upon\nperformance and at the discretion of the City, in an\namount not-to-exceed $350,000; and\n5) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with RHA\nLandscape Architects, Planners Inc., for professional\nconsulting services to provide on-call landscape\narchitectural design services for a term of three (3)\nyears with one (1) two-year term extension available\nbased upon performance and at the discretion of the\nCity, in an amount not-to-exceed $350,000; and\n6) Authorize the City Administrator to approve any\ncontract term extensions based on performance and\namendments up to 10% of the contract not-to-exceed\namount, or $35,000; and\n7) Authorize the City Administrator to execute the\nabove-mentioned Professional Services Agreements,\nin forms approved by the City Attorney.\nStaff Report\nAgreement with RJM Design Group\nAgreement with David Volz Design\nAgreement with MIG, Inc.\nAgreement with Hirsch & Associates, Inc.\nAgreement with RHA Landscape Architects
