Professional Services Agreements for On-Call Professional\nArborist Services Fiscal Impact: Expense: $150,000 Total\nContract Not-to-Exceed Amounts (Various CIP Projects)\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City\nCouncil:\n1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with\nArborPro, Inc., for professional consulting services to\nprovide on-call professional arborist services for a\nterm of three (3) years with one (1) two-year term\nextension based upon performance and at the\ndiscretion of the City, in an amount not-to-exceed\n$150,000; and\n2) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with\nLasting Images Landscape for professional consulting\nservices to provide on-call professional arborist\nservices for a term of three (3) years with one (1)\ntwo-year term extension based upon performance and\nat the discretion of the City, in an amount not-to-\nexceed $150,000; and\n3) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with West\nCoast Arborists, Inc., for professional consulting\nservices to provide on-call professional arborist\nservices for a term of three (3) years with one (1)\ntwo-year term extension based upon performance and\nat the discretion of the City, in an amount not-to-\nexceed $150,000; and\n4) Authorize the City Administrator to approve the\navailable contract term extensions based upon\nconsultant performance and amendments up to 10%\nof the contract not-to-exceed amount, or $15,000 on\neach contract; and\n5) Authorize the City Administrator to execute the\nabove-mentioned Professional Services Agreements,\nin forms approved by the City Attorney.\nStaff Report\nAgreement with ArborPro, Inc.\nAgreement with Lasting Images Landscape, Inc.\nAgreement with WCA, Inc.
