30.\nResolution and Authorization to Carry Over Grant Funds to the 2025 Federal\nTransportation Improvement Program as required by Funding Agency\nDepartment(s): Public Works Agency\nRecommended Action:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to submit selected projects to the Orange\nCounty Transportation Authority for inclusion into the 2025 Federal\nTransportation Improvement Program.\n2. Adopt a Resolution certifying that the City has the resources to fund the\nprojects submitted for inclusion into the 2025-2030 Federal Transportation\nImprovement Program, and confirm the City’s commitment to implement all\nprojects submitted to the program.\nRESOLUTION NO. 2023-XXX entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA CERTIFYING THAT THE CITY HAS\nTHE RESOURCES TO FUND PROJECTS IN THE 2023/24-2029/30\nTRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND AFFIRMING THE\nCITY’S COMMITMENT TO IMPLEMENT ALL PROJECTS IN THE PROGRAM
