Adopt a resolution approving Density Bonus No. 2023-02 as\nconditioned.\nRESOLUTION NO. 2023-XXX entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING DENSITY\nBONUS AGREEMENT NO. 2023-02 AS CONDITIONED FOR A NEW\nRENTAL RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT WITH TWENTY-TWO UNITS\nFOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 322 NORTH HARBOR\nBOULEVARD (APN: 198-051-17) (includes determination that no\nadditional environmental review will be required in accordance with the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act as a Notice of Exemption,\nEnvironmental Review No. 2022-12 will be filed for this project)\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Density Bonus Agreement\nwith P&P Bros Corp., for a 55-year term, for a rental residential\ndevelopment consisting of 22 apartment units, with two units proposed as\naffordable to very low income households at 322 N. Harbor Boulevard,\nsubject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and\nCity Attorney (Agreement No. 2023-XXX).
