Amendment No. 5 to Contract No. 2021-70-CC with HF&H Consultants, LLC., extending\nterm, adding scope of services and compensation for solid waste collector transition\nmanagement services\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving Amendment No. 5 to Contract No. 2021-70-CC with HF&H Consultants, LLC., to\nextend the contract term through June 30, 2024, and to provide solid waste management\nservices in an amount not-to-exceed $60,000;\nb. Appropriating $60,000 from the Refuse Fund balance to fund Amendment No. 5 to Contract\nNo. 2021-70-CC; and\nc. Authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 5 to Contract No. 2021-70-CC in a form\nacceptable to the City Attorney.
