19. 23-1020 Item Submitted by Council Member Moser - Addressing Veteran\nHomelessness In Our Community\nRecommended Action:\nRequest the City Manager and staff to present the following information at a study session\nin the first quarter of 2024:\n· Schedule and conduct a collaborative study session focused on Veteran\nhomelessness.\n· Develop a targeted action plan based on the findings of the study session to address\ngaps and opportunities related to Veteran homelessness.\n· Engage with local, state, and federal agencies to maximize resources and support for\nthis initiative.\n· Regularly review and adjust the strategy to ensure continued progress and\neffectiveness.
