19.\nApprove Agreement with AVEVA Select California for Wonderware Software\nSupport Services and Licensing in an Amount Not to Exceed $291,621.75 for\nUp to a Three-Year Term (Non-General Fund)\nDepartment(s): Public Works Agency\nRecommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement\nwith AVEVA Select California to provide SCADA software, hardware, and\ninstallation services to the City’s water production facilities in an amount of\n$277,735 with a 5% contingency of $13,886.75, for a total not to exceed\n$291,621.75, for a three-year term beginning November 21, 2023 and\nexpiring November 20, 2026, subject to non-substantive changes approved by\nthe City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2023- XXX).
