11.a Resolution SA 2023-03 and Resolution CC 2023-109 Relating to the Execution 175\nand Delivery of a Purchase and Sale Agreement for Property Located at 602-\n626 South Citrus Avenue and 128 East Rowland Avenue\nStaff Recommendation:\nAdopt Successor Agency Resolution SA 2023-03 authorizing the execution and\ndelivery of a purchase and sale agreement regarding the Successor Agency’s\nsale of property to the City of Covina located at 602-626 South Citrus Avenue\nand 128 East Rowland Street, APN 8451-001-911 and 8451-001-906 in the\nCity of Covina, finding that such authorization is exempt from environmental\nreview under the California Environmental Quality Act, and taking related\nactions; and, Adopt City Council Resolution CC 2023-109 Authorizing the\nExecution and Delivery of a Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) for the Sale\nof Property Owned by the Successor Agency to the Covina Redevelopment\nAgency located at 602-626 South Citrus Avenue and 128 East Rowland Street,\nAPN 8451-001-911 and 8451-001-906 in the City of Covina, finding that such\nauthorization is exempt from environmental review under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act, and taking related actions.
