10.f Proposed Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with 93\nPCAM, LLC (dba Parking Company of America) to Increase Fiscal Year 2023-\n24 Compensation for the Transit Operations Services Covina Dial-A-Ride\nProgram\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to amend the existing contract with PCAM,\nLLC (dba Parking Company of America) for a new not-to-exceed amount of\n$476,924 for the FY 2023-2024 Transit Operations Services Covina Dial-A-\nRide Program; and\n2. Adopt Resolution CC 2023-108 appropriating $20,000 from available\nProposition A Fund Balance.
