ON-CALL SCADA PROGRAMING AND MAINTENANCE – REJECTION OF\nPROPOSALS (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Water Utility Authority:\n1) Reject the proposals received for the project; and\n2) Authorize the City Engineer to re-solicit proposals for the On-call SCADA\nProgramming and Maintenance; and\n3) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
