Approve Resolution CC 2023-111, Authorizing Amending the Fiscal Year\n2023-2024 Operating Budget to Appropriate $2,710,000 from the City of\nCovina General Fund and $2,400,000 from an advanced leased payment from\nWB COVINA-KI, LLC for the Purpose of Funding the Purchase of 602-626\nSouth Citrus Avenue and 128 East Rowland Street (APN No. 8451-001-911\nand 8451-001-906), located in the City of Covina; and\n3. Approve Resolution SA 2023-04, Authorizing Amending the Fiscal Year\n2023-2024 Operating Budget for the Purpose of Receiving and Expending\n$5,110,000 in Sales Proceeds Related to the Sale of 602-626 South Citrus\nAvenue and 128 East Rowland Street (APN No. 8451-001-911 and 8451-001-\n906.
