APPROVAL OF SIDE LETTERS FOR VACATION MAXIMUM ACCRUAL\nINCREASE AND VACATION CASH OUT INCREASE FOR THE SANTA FE\nSPRINGS EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, THE SANTA FE SPRINGS\nFIREFIGHTERS ASSOCIATION AND THE EXECUTIVE, MANAGEMENT AND\nCONFIDENTIAL ASSOCIATION (HUMAN RESOURCES/FINANCE)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve Side Letter #3 (Vacation Maximum Accrual Increase and Vacation Cash\nOut) to the 2021-2025 Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Santa\nFe Springs and the Santa Fe Springs Employees Association.\n2) Approve Side Letter #1 (Vacation Maximum Accrual Increase and Vacation Cash\nOut) to the 2021-2024 Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Santa\nFe Springs and the Santa Fe Springs Firefighters Association.\n3) Approve Side Letter #1 (Vacation Maximum Accrual Increase and Vacation Cash\nOut) to the 2021-2024 Agreement between the City of Santa Fe Springs and the\nSanta Fe Executive, Management and Confidential Association.
