4) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENTS WITH HOUSEAL LAVIGNE ASSOCIATES, LLC DBA HOUSEAL LAVIGNE FOR\nPREPARATION OF THE 6TH CYCLE (2021-2029) HOUSING ELEMENT UPDATE\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a first Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Houseal Lavigne\nAssociates, LLC dba Houseal Lavigne (Contract No. 1972(a)) for preparation of the 6th\nCycle (2021-2029) Housing Element Update to increase the contract amount by $45,080\nfrom $259,920 to $305,000 and extend the contract to December 31, 2024; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Amendment and all related\ndocuments.
