Approval of Cooperative Agreement between Riverside County Flood Control\nand Water Conservation District, the City of San Jacinto and KB Homes Coastal\nInc. for San Jacinto Valley Master Drainage Plan (MDP) Line E-5, Stage 1 (Tract\nMap No. 32247), Project No. 4-0-00222, District 3\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve the Cooperative Agreement\nbetween the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District\n(District), the City of San Jacinto (City), and KB Homes Coastal Inc.\n(Developer); Authorize the City Manager to execute the Cooperative\nAgreement Documents on behalf of the City; Authorize the City Manager or\ndesignee to take all necessary steps to implement the Cooperative Agreement\nincluding, but not limited to negotiating, approving, and executing any non-\nsubstantive amendments and any assignment and assumption associated with\nchange of ownership of the property, subject to approval by City Attorney;\nand Direct City Clerk to return four (4) executed Cooperative Agreements to\nthe District.\nDepartment: Engineering
