AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH STANLEY STEEMER OF LOS\nANGELES AND APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR THE YOUTH ACTIVITY CENTER\nIMPROVEMENTS PROJECT (FUNDING SOURCE: AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Stanley\nSteemer of Los Angeles in an amount not to exceed $27,240 for new flooring\nin the game room and entryway; and\nB. Appropriate $55,000 from the American Rescue Plan Act Fund to fully\nfund the installation of flooring and other elements of the Youth Activity\nCenter Improvement Project.
