8. AUTHORIZATION TO AMEND THE EXISTING AGREEMENT WITH TUNNELWORKS\nSERVICES, INC. FOR THE SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT - PHASE 5 (FUNDING\nSOURCE: SEWER FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the Sewer\nRehabilitation Project - Phase 5 agreement with Tunnelworks Services, Inc.\nto increase the contract not-to-exceed amount from $327,789 to $334,007;\nB. Appropriate $6,218 from the Sewer Fund to cover the additional cost of\nChange Order 3; and\nC. Find this item is exempt from environmental review under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA).
