Q. NOTICE OF COMPLETION - STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR CALLE DEL\nCERRO FROM AVENIDA PICO TO AVENIDA LA PATA\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 23-142, which will:\n1. Accept the Street Improvement for Calle Del Cerro from Avenida Pico to\nAvenida La Pata, CIP Project No. 12306, from the Contractor, L.C.\nPaving and Sealing, Inc.\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute and record\nthe Notice of Completion for Street Improvement for Calle Del Cerro, CIP\nProject No. 12306.\n3. Authorize the City Clerk to release the payment bond 35 days from the\nrecordation of the Notice of Completion upon verification with the\nEngineering Division that no liens have been levied against the\nContractor, L.C. Paving and Sealing, Inc.\n4. Authorize the City Clerk to release the performance bond for this project\nupon receipt of a warranty bond in a form acceptable to the Public Works\nDirector in the amount of 25% of the total construction cost.
