U. PURCHASE OF A HYDRO-EXCAVATOR AND AUTHORIZING A\nSUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $721,618\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 23-146, which will:\n1. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C23-71,\nby and between the City of San Clemente and Plumbers Depot, Inc.,\nproviding for a 2023 VHX42 Hydro-Excavator Unit, in the amount of\n$721,617.03.\n2. Authorize a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $721,618 to the\nFleet Automotive Account #065-824-45600 from the Water Fund balance .
