V. CONTRACT AWARD - BID IT-039 FOR THE PURCHASE OF PURE\nSTORAGE FLASH ARRAY SYSTEM\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 23-147, which will:\n1. Award Bid IT-039 to ePlus Technology, Inc.\n2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C23-72,\nby and between the City of San Clemente and ePlus Technology, providing\nfor the purchase of the Pure Storage Flash Array system, under substantially\nthe same terms and conditions of NASPO Valuepoint Master Agreement\n23020, in an amount not to exceed $183,061.83, for the equipment and\nsoftware purchase, training, technical service, maintenance, and support for\na three-year term.\n3. Authorize City staff to accept the Pure Storage End User Agreement.
