S. CONTRACT AWARD - MARINE SAFETY HEADQUARTER BUILDING\nCONCRETE REPAIRS\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 23-144, which will:\n1. Award the Marine Safety Headquarters Building Concrete Repairs Project,\nCIP Project No. 24805, construction contract to Harbor Coating &\nRestoration, as the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.\n2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C23-69,\nby and between the City of San Clemente and Harbor Coating &\nRestoration, providing for the Marine Safety Headquarters Building\nConcrete Repairs, in an amount not to exceed $101,750, and a 19% project\ncontingency in the amount of $19,333, in a form substantially similar to\nContract No. C23-69 (Attachment 4).\n3. Approve a 19% project contingency of $19,333.
