Update Councilmember appointments to various regional committees,\ncommissions and boards.\n2. Determine the Councilmember who will serve as the City’s representative to\nthe Orange County Fire Authority Board of Directors. If Council selects a\nCouncilmember other than Mayor Duncan (who is the City's current Orange\nCounty Fire Authority representative), adopt Resolution No. 23-161 entitled\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN\nCLEMENTE, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING AND APPOINTING ITS\nREPRESENTATIVE TO THE ORANGE COUNTY FIRE AUTHORITY’S\nBOARD OF DIRECTORS, with the direction that the name of the City’s new\nDirector be inserted.
