Accept Reservoir 13 Isolation Valve Replacement, Project No. 24405 from\nthe Contractor, O’Connell Engineering & Construction as complete.\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute and record the\nNotice of Completion for the completed Reservoir 13 Isolation Valve\nReplacement project.\n3. Authorize the City Clerk to release the Payment Bond 35 days from the\nrecordation of the Notice of Completion upon verification with the\nEngineering Division that no liens have been levied against the Contractor,\nO’Connell Engineering & Construction.
