Professional Services Agreements for Citywide On-call\nDigital Scanning Services of Public Records Fiscal Impact:\nExpense: $285,000 Total Contract Not-to Exceed Amount\nCurrent Available Budget: $ 71,384 (756205-6840\nJL#756205)\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City\nCouncil:\n1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with\nMetasource for professional digital scanning services\nof public records to provide on-call scanning services\nfor a term of three (3) years with an option of two (2)\nyear term based upon performance and discretion of\nthe City, in an amount not-to-exceed $285,000; and\n2) Authorize the City Administrator to approve any\ncontract term extensions based on performance and\namendments up to 10% of the contract not-to-exceed\namount, or $28,500; and\n3) Authorize the City Administrator to execute the\nabove-mentioned Professional Services Agreements,\nin forms approved by the City Attorney.\nStaff Report\nAgreement with Metasource
