P. NOTICE OF COMPLETION - CALLE REAL WATERLINE IMPROVEMENTS,\nAND APPROVE A CONTINGENCY INCREASE IN THE AMOUNT OF $30,412\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 23-141, which will:\n1. Accept the Calle Real Waterline Improvements, CIP Project No. 19516,\nfrom Diamond Construction & Design.\n2. Approve an increase to the project contingency in the amount of $30,412.\n3. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute and record\nthe Notice of Completion for the completed Calle Real Waterline\nImprovements.\n4. Authorize the City Clerk to release the Payment Bond 35 days from the\nrecordation of the Notice of Completion upon verification with the\nEngineering Division that no liens have been levied against the\nContractor, Diamond Construction & Design.
