Award agreements to Rush Truck Centers and Western Truck Exchange, in a combined amount\nnot to exceed $107,757.88 plus applicable sales tax and a 20% contingency, to provide\nautomotive repair parts on an as-needed basis for a one year period with four one-year optional\nrenewals; and authorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to enter into and execute the\nagreements, any amendments, and any renewal options in accordance with Bid #9736.
