Approve a Right of Entry and License Agreement, in substantial form, with JJTS, INC., dba JR\nWheels & Tires, with a monthly license fee of $5,500, for the commercial building and property\nlocated at 1687 W. Lincoln Avenue for a three year term; authorize the Director of Economic\nDevelopment, or designee, to execute and implement the terms of the agreement; and authorize\nde minimis changes that do not substantially change the terms and conditions of the agreement\nas determined by the Office of the City Attorney.
